Message Sent
We all put messages out daily. We send thoughts and ideas to ourselves, to those around us, and beyond, sometimes without really processing what we are transmitting. At times we are conscious of what we are creating and other times, less conscious. The challenge is to have consciousness about the messages we are sending out and then detach from the outcome, let the thoughts, ideas, wishes show up.

It's often easier said than done. In today's FB Live, I talked about getting clear on what you want to manifest and then releasing it to the Universe. Practice detachment. Create the picture, have the vision, then release it to let it manifest. Give it space and time to come into your life how it needs to appear.
Keep living as you trust that your message has been received and is coming together for you. Practice asking and practice detaching.
Resistance to Curiosity
In today's FB Live, I talked about turning resistance energy in to curiosity energy. You can check it out here.
Resistance is a tricky energy. We can unconsciously go into resistance in the blink of an eye. Our bodies tense up, our shoulders approach our ears, and the energy permeates our entire being. And you know what they say - that which we resist, sticks. There we are, in the matter of seconds, consciously or unconsciously sitting in resistance.

Then what?
If we are lucky, we notice it and we clear it out. If we don't notice it, perhaps it spreads. It invades our day, our interactions, and things that felt really good, lose their luster or we even end up feeling a bit grouchy or frustrated.
Solution?
When you notice resistance, switch it to curiosity. When you feel your body tense up, ask why? Put on your Curious George hat and ask questions. What am I noticing? What am I resisting? What is coming up for me? Why am I feeling this way? What is making me feel this way?
Working from curiosity can lead to learning, growing, and gaining insight. When you are curious, you seek out information and what naturally follows is answers. You find things out! When you have the information, it's much easier to relax, to let go of the resistance, and to come back to your space.
Next time you notice the resistance, switch it up. Ask questions. Be curious. And let the ease of the situation flow through you.
